The Tanzania Assemblies of God is on pace to be a world leader in church planting and growth. In just four years, they doubled the number of local churches to 5,300--up from the 2,600 which were planted over 70 years. That's almost two per day! They endeavor to plant 10,000 new churches in 10 years. This will require mentoring and training 10,000 new pastors in such a way that the TAG does not compromise its Biblical depth or its commitment to high quality pastoral leadership in the local churches. In order to make this a reality, Bible college education is critical; and the Tanzania Assemblies of God understands this. That's why they have 29 church planting schools and seven Bible colleges. AGBC-Dodoma is the Tanzania Assemblies of God's premier Bible college with a crucial need for additional dormitory space. Students are currently being turned away or put on a waiting list because of overcrowding. This project will solve the overcrowding problem, do away with any need for a waiting list, and more than double the college's student-body capacity, increasing it from 200 to almost 450.

The roof is on.
Thanks to Sam Johnson and the PriorityOne family, the workd continues. Sam Johnson recently reported:
The new men’s dorm at Central Bible College in Dodoma, Tanzania has finally been crowned with a roof. The first floor has been in use this entire school year by resident students while the second and third floors were under construction.
The interior is now ready to be finished and then later furnished in time for the new school year in January. The completed men’s dorm will house a total of 225 students, four to a room. The new facility fulfills the desperate need for adequate housing for the fast growing student body.
