The number of new believers in Ukraine is outpacing church planting. Empower Ukraine helps church plants with their first permanent building, enabling pastors to advance the gospel in communities across Ukraine.

Description: Currently, seven of twelve new church buildings are under construction in Ukraine. Each of these is on property deeded to the church and they have raised funds to do the site work, including the foundation. The Pentecostal Union of Ukraine in connection with Ukrainian businessmen, provides the exterior, including walls, windows, doors, and roof, delivering a weather-tight building. The interior work is done by church volunteers with funding through Builders International. 

Benefits: A permanent building brings hope to a community by empowering local pastors while bringing validity to the ministry! This multi-year program has already seen approximately 300 churches established, which are now reaching their communities with the gospel!

We have great news that is worth praising the Lord for!!

The church in Kharkov, Ukraine has been completed, and the first service was held last Sunday! They were able to celebrate not only their new building but also the life of Jesus.

Additionally, the church in the city of Pidhaitsi, Ukraine has been FULLY FUNDED.
